Anti-terrorism Rally Held In Midyat

MIDYAT - A rally was held in Midyat town of southeastern city of Mardin on Saturday to condemn terrorism.
Nearly 3 thousand people attended the rally organized by NGOs.
Speaking at the rally on behalf of the Rally Organization Committee, Fahri Oztek said, ''people in Midyat and in the region have suffered much from terrorism. We lost our beloved ones in acts of terrorism. Many people had to leave their houses and villages. We condemn all kinds of terrorism. There are some circles trying to harm atmosphere of peace and security. We will not allow them.''
The participants chanted slogans against the terrorist organization of PKK/Kongra-Gel.
