Two Turkish Drivers Abducted in Iraq

SAMARRA - Two Turkish truck drivers were kidnapped in central Iraq on Thursday, Iraqi police said.
Police said that the Turkish drivers were abducted with their trucks on the highway near Samarra city of Iraq.
Sunni Muslim city Samarra which is nearly 100 kilometers north of Baghdad is located near a highway that connects the Turkish border to the Iraqi capital.
Many foreigners including several Turkish citizens have been kidnapped or killed in Iraq since April.
