Palestinian killed in Israeli air raid on Gaza

GAZA CITY, Oct 13 (AFP) - A Palestinian was killed on Wednesday during an Israeli air raid in the northern Gaza Strip, witnesses said.
The victim, who was not identified, died after an Israeli aircraft opened fire on the Jabaliya refugee camp. Three others were wounded in the attack, the witnesses said.
The incident brings to 119 the total number of Palestinians killed in Gaza since the launch of Operation Days of Penitence.
It also brings the overall toll since the September 2000 start of the Palestinian uprising to 4,483, including 3,455 Palestinians and 954 Israelis, according to an AFP count.
