VAN - Turkish gendarmery seized 2.5 kilograms of C-4 explosives that belonged to the terrorist organization PKK/Kongra-Gel in Ercis town of eastern city of Van, sources said on Saturday.
Sources told A.A correspondent that gendarmery forces found and confiscated 2.5 kilograms of C-4 explosives belonging to the terrorist organization in a cave in the rural area around Ercis.
The sources said that gendarmery forces also found five hand grenades, three AK-47 assault rifles (Kalashnikov), and 280 bullets dug under the soil in the cave, adding that operations were under way in the region.
