Two Iraqis freed along with Italian female hostages

ROME (AFP) - Two Iraqis abducted along with two Italian female aid workers in Baghdad have been freed along with the women, a spokesman for Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi said.
Iraqi engineer Ali Raad Ali Abdul Aziz and an Iraqi woman, Manhaz Assam, were freed alongside Italians Simona Torretta and Simona Pari who work for the non-governmental organisation A Bridge to Baghdad.
Aziz worked with the two Italian aid workers while Assam worked for another Italian non-governmental organization Intersos.
All four were kidnapped from their Baghdad offices on September 7.
A colleague from the Intersos organisation based in Rome said she had already spoken with Manhaz Assam, since her release.
