Turkcell: Irancell Will Become A Licensed Operator After Paying License Fee Of 300 Million Euros

ISTANBUL - Turkcell, one of the leading GSM operators in Turkey, said on Thursday that the Irancell would become a licensed operator after paying the license fee of 300 million euros. Turkcell is actually trying to enter the lucrative Iranian market and to this end works out on an agreement with Irancell.
Releasing a statement, Turkcell Communication Services Corp. referred to recent press reports saying that negotiations between parties had reached the final stage. After negotiations were concluded Turkcell will become the second GSM operator in Iranian market
