TURKISH TEAM TO TAL AFAR
Ankara which reacted to the U.S. operation in Tal Afar city of Iraq is going to send a ''Turkish Liaison Team'' to supervise distribution of humanitarian aid to Turkmens in the city. Turkish team will work in coordination of humanitarian aid to people in Tal Afar. Turkey will send foodstuff, tents, blankets, health personnel and ambulance to the city.
ERDOGAN SAYS MUSLIMS SHOULD UNITE FOR PROSPERITY
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan attended the 8th International Business Forum Congress organized by the Independent Industrialists' & Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD). Erdogan noted that Turkey would be one of the most dynamic organism of the world economy, inviting Muslim countries to act together for a more prosperous world.

TCDD DIRECTOR GENERAL TO BE DISMISSED
Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim signed the decree, asking for dismissal of Suleyman Karaman, the Director General of Turkish State Railways (TCDD), from his office and submitted the decree to the Prime Ministry for approval. Karaman may hold a press conference today.
PASSPORT TO ENTER TRNC
According to the new law which arranges residence and social security rights between Turkey and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Turkish citizens who will reside or work in TRNC will not be able to enter TRNC with their identity cards. They will be asked to show their passport when they enter TRNC. Turkish tourists will be able to enter into TRNC only with their identity cards.

CAPTURED WITH MASSACRE
The operation in North Ossetia which caused the death of 394 people solved a murder committed in Istanbul 5 months ago. It is revealed that Guler Kasýrga, who was detained by Russian officials as she has a connection with Chechen terrorists, is a murderer wanted in Turkey. Russian police decided to deport Kasirga as her documents were not complete. Turkish police was on alert at airport to meet Kasirga. Police understood that the issue was not a simple visa problem but Kasirga was wanted as the murderer of businessman Zeynel Kilic. Kasirga was arrested.
SLOW DECISION IN HIGH-SPEED TRAIN INCIDENT
The decision, which public opinion was expecting after high-speed train accident, was taken. Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim signed the decree, asking for removal of Turkish State Railways (TCDD) Director General Suleyman Karaman from his office.

KARAMAN TO BE DISMISSED
After July's train crash in northwestern city of Sakarya which claimed many lives, Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim admitted ''fault''. Yildirim, who did not take into notice of opposition parties' and nongovernmental organizations' calling on him to resign, signed the decree asking for dismissal of Suleyman Karaman, the Director General of Turkish State Railways (TCDD), and Deputy Director General Ergulec. He sent it to the Prime Minister's Office for approval.
GENOCIDE IN TCK
''Genocide'' was included in the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) for the first time. According to the article of TCK which was adopted in the parliament, those who commit genocide will be sentenced to life imprisonment.

IBRAHIM KUTLUAY IN NBA
Turkish basketball player Ibrahim Kutluay who received his letter of recommendation from Ulkerspor team completed his transfer to NBA. Kutluay who will take 3.4 million U.S. dollars from Seattle Supersonics for 2 years is the 4th Turkish basketball player in NBA.
LARGE PART OF CRIME IS TURKEY'S IN VESSEL DISASTER
Republican People's Party (CHP) completed its report on the vessel carrying poisonous material and sank in southern port of Iskenderun. The report says, Spain stated it will take the vessel, but Turkey did not take necessary steps. The poisonous material could have been discharged within 2 weeks.

FM GUL DUE TO THE UNITED STATES
Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul will meet his American counterpart Powell during his tour to the United States that will start tomorrow. Gul will convey the demands of Turkey to Powell. The demands are: ''PKK terrorist organization is still in Iraq, we do not have patience any more,'' ''withdraw from Tal Afar and leave it to Turkmens,'' and ''keep your promise for Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC)''.
REACTION OF TURKEY RESCUES TURKISH HOSTAGE
Aytullah Gezmen, Turkish translator who was kept hostage by militants in Iraq and released 50 days later, has reached to Turkish Embassy in Baghdad. Militants said, ''we have released Turkish hostage due to Turkey's reaction against the United States regarding Tal Afar city.''

Debates on Turkish Penal Code (TCK) draft continue at Parliament. A total of 218 articles were accepted on the second day of debates. Article No. 312 which has been discussed very much until today due to difficulties in implementation is changed in favor of freedom of thought.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan delivering a speech in the 8th International Business Forum Congress organized by the Independent Industrialists' & Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD) called on Muslim countries to cooperate for their development. Stressing, ''elements that integrate societies are economy and trade,'' Erdogan said, ''integration is necessary for world nations to pursue a better and more prosperous life.'' ''A world that shares economic potentials and cultural experiences generously is the only formula and is in the interest of everybody,'' added Erdogan.
IMF CHIEF MOGHADAM IN ISTANBUL
Reza Moghadam, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Turkey Desk Chief, arrived in Istanbul yesterday. Moghadam will start his meetings with representatives of private business and non-governmental organizations tomorrow. IMF delegation, which will be headed by Moghadam, will also meet officials of Turkish Industrialists' & Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD), Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) and Turkish Banks Union (TBB).
