ISKENDERUN - Aytullah Gezmen, Turkish translator who was kidnapped by insurgents in Iraq on July 24 and was released yesterday and will return to Turkey within two days.
Huseyin Gezmen, brother of the translator, told A.A that Aytullah Gezmen phoned him today and told him that he will come to Turkey within days.
Aytullah Gezmen is now in Turkish Embassy in Baghdad. He has been kept hostage by insurgents for 52 days.
