Opening Of Turkish School In Greek Cypriot Side

LEFKOSA - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) National Education and Culture Minister Erbil Akbil said on Tuesday that they launched initiative for opening of a primary school for Turkish Cypriot children in Limassol in the Greek Cypriot side.
Akbil noted that ministry undersecretary Erdogan Sorakin would go to Limassol on Wednesday, stating that he would meet Turkish Cypriot families to discuss the issue.
Recalling that there were about 50 Turkish Cypriot children in Limassol, Akbil added that some of them were going to school, some were not.
