BRUSSELS, Sept 13 (AFP) - French Foreign Minister Michel Barnier said Monday that Britain, France and Germany have submitted to other International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) members a draft resolution giving Iran a deadline of November to allay suspicions that it is secretly making atomic weapons.
Barnier did not rule out that the IAEA would bring Iran before the UN Security Council if Tehran refused to cooperate, as the United States has been urging, but expressed hope that a political solution was possible.
"We continue to think that the path to a political agreement is possible with Iran," he said.
