Turkey's Exports To E.U. Countries Increase

ANKARA - Turkey's exports to the European Union (EU) countries increased by 30.9 percent to 21,569,600 thousand U.S. dollars between January and August 2004.
Turkey exported 16,465,471 thousand U.S. dollars' worth of goods in the same period last year.
The country exported 6.1 billion U.S. dollars' worth of ready-made clothing and 4.7 billion U.S. dollars' worth of automotive products to EU countries.
