British Tourist Dies, Turkish Pilot Injured In Delta Plane Accident

FETHIYE - A British tourist died and a Turkish pilot was injured in a delta-plane accident in the Aegean city of Fethiye on Thursday.
British citizen Michael Wackrow jumped with a delta plane conducted by pilot Mehmet Karaca. The delta plane fell on the rocks shortly after it took off because of reverse air current.
Wackrow lost his life on his way to hospital. Karaca is currently under medical treatment in the same hospital.
An investigation is underway, it was learned.
