AMSTERDAM - Turkish State Minister Mehmet Aydin said on Tuesday that positive and important developments had been recorded for the last five or six months which had increased Turkey's prestige in the West.
After the conference held in The Hague in which basic principles and values of the European Union (EU) will be discussed, Aydin told reporters that the number of politicians who had accurate information about Turkey had increased.
Basic principles and values discussed at the conference were not only the values supported by Europe, but also by the whole humanity, Aydin noted.
State Minister Aydin will proceed to Poland on September 9th to attend a meeting on Turkey-EU relations.
