Live Bomb Kills Herself In Siirt When She Is About To Be Arrested

SIIRT - A live bomb shot herself dead when she saw that she would be arrested in southeastern province of Siirt, Governor Nuri Okutan said on Monday.
Okutan told A.A correspondent that police staged an operation in the evening in line with the testimony of a terrorist detained yesterday (Sunday).
Noting that the woman terrorist wanted to explode the hand grenade on her when she saw that she was about to be arrested, Okutan said that she shot herself dead as the bomb didn't explode.

LIVE BOMB IDENTIFIED AS MENICE GUNGEN
Live bomb who shot herself to death in southeastern province of Siirt was identified as Menice Gungen, Governor Nuri Okutan said on Monday.
Okutan told A.A correspondent that 20-year-old live bomb Gungen, who shot herself to death as she saw that she was about to be arrested, was born in southeastern province of Sirnak.
A Browning gun, and a hand grenade were found on the terrorist, Okutan added.
