Parliament Speaker Arinc Offers Condolences To Russian Parliament Speaker

ANKARA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc offered his condolences to Russian Parliament Speaker Boris Grizlov over the terrorist act in North Ossetia of Russian Federation.
Sending a message on Saturday, Arinc expressed his sorrow over the terrorist act in Beslan city of North Ossetia and caused death of many people.
Noting he felt very sorry that there are defenseless children and civilians among the victims, Arinc said that he strongly condemns all terrorist acts regardless of their aims and perpetrators.
Arinc said that no reason can be right for killing children and innocent people.
Arinc said in his message, ''I, as Parliament Speaker of Turkey which has suffered terrorism very much, sincerely share your pain.''
