ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul will hold on Thursday an extraordinary meeting with the experts of his ministry, regarding the recent terrorist activities in the world and assaults against Turkish citizens.
Officials will discuss assaults against Turkish truck drivers in Iraq, recent news reports claiming that 3 Turkish citizens were killed in Iraq, insurgents' taking French journalists hostage and other similar incidents in Iraq as well as the hostage crisis in North Ossetia.
High-ranking officials of Ministry and representatives of some related organizations will attend the meeting.
