LEFKOSA - ''Insolvability (of Cyprus problem) will not last forever. A solution will absolutely be found in the end, and as the Turkish side, we want this to take place soon,'' Mehmet Ali Talat, the Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) said on Tuesday.
Talat, who met Turkish Public Works and Settlement Minister Zeki Ergezen, said Turkish Cypriot side should better its infrastructure facilities while getting ready for a solution on the island.
Stressing the importance of economic development in TRNC, Talat said there would be actual equal partnership on Cyprus if the development can be conducted well.
Talat said Turkey made necessary contribution for infrastructure.
Expressing his belief that Turkey's contributions would continue, Talat said relations were carried out well so far, and noted that this would continue.
Ergezen in his part said they visited TRNC to see the investments and what could be done further, and noted that they examined the roads that are under construction, and urged Girne ring road to be put to tender soon.
''Turkey will always support efforts for peace on the island,'' Ergezen said, stressing that Turkey wanted tranquility on Cyprus.
