ANKARA - Three Justice and Development Party (AK Party) parliamentarians left for Israel on Monday.
AK Party parliamentarians Omer Celik, Egemen Bagis and Mevlut Cavusoglu will pay a visit to Israel upon official invitation of the Israeli government.
Celik told reporters that their visit was very important for further improvement of bilateral relations between two countries.
Noting that they would meet Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Israel, and officials responsible for security, Celik said that they would inform Israeli officials about their theses regarding the region, and listen to views of the Israeli side.
Answering a question, Celik said that they were not going to Israel with a package of proposals regarding Israeli-Palestinian dispute and noted, ''we want to see recent developments in the region.''
Celik added that they would also meet Palestinian officials.
