Turkey's Ambassador To Greece Hosts Reception In Honor Of Turkish Olympic Delegation

ATHENS - Turkey's Ambassador to Greece Yigit Alpogan hosted on Saturday a reception in honor of the Turkish delegation that joined the 28th Athens Summer Olympic Games.
Turkish State Minister for Sports Mehmet Ali Sahin said in the reception, ''we have gained nine medals so far. We can consider this successful when compared with the previous games.''
Sahin noted that one of Olympic Games was over, but Turkish sportsmen would start to prepare for the next games immediately after they returned to Turkey. He added, ''we need to be better in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.''
