Turkish Airlines Carry Over 20 Million Passengers In 11 Months

ISTANBUL - Turkey`s national air carrier, Turkish Airlines (THY), has carried 20.8 million passengers in the first 11 months of 2008.
In a statement issued to the Istanbul Stock Exchange, the THY said that it had carried 18 million passengers in the first 11 months of 2007.
The number of THY passengers went up by 15.1 percent in 2008 when compared to the same term last year, said THY.
