ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan has departed from Ankara on Thursday and is headed to Brussels to participate in Turkey-European Union intergovernmental conference.
Two chapters, "Information Society and Media" and "Free Movement of Capital", will be opened for negotiations at the conference.
With the opening of these two chapters, 10 chapters would have been opened for negotiations so far.
