BAKU - Turkish State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Cemil Cicek has arrived in the Azerbaijani capital city of Baku on Thursday.
Minister Cicek will attend an oath-taking ceremony of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev who was re-elected on October 15.
