ANKARA - Foreign exchange reserves of Turkish Central Bank dropped to 76.6 billion USD on October 17, the bank said on Thursday.
The reserves were 77.6 billion USD on October 10.
In its weekly bulletin, the Central Bank said its total gross reserves (foreign currency plus gold) decreased to 111.7 billion USD. They were around 117.3 billion USD on October 3.
Turkey paid back 540.5 million USD of foreign debt between October 3 and 22 and 12.7 billion USD since the beginning of 2008.
