Turkish Foreign Minister To Visit Albania

ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan will leave for Albania on Thursday to attend the 19th Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the meeting would take place in Tirana on October 23rd.
During his stay in Tirana, Babacan is set to hold a series of bilateral talks with foreign ministers of the BSEC-member countries.
