We Never Talk About Our Votes Before Casting Them, U.S. Department Of State

WASHINGTON D.C. - A spokesman for the U.S. Department of State said on Friday that USA did not reveal its votes before casting them, replying to a question on the U.S. stance regarding the voting to be held in October for a non-permanent seat at the UN Security Council.
During a daily press briefing, spokesman Sean McCormack answered a question on the voting for a non-permanent seat at the UN Security Council, for which Turkey is a candidate as well.
"We never talk about our votes before we cast them," McCormack said.
Replying to another question on PKK's terrorist attacks waged from the north of Iraq, McCormack said, "We are working very closely with the Turkish and Iraqi Governments on a common problem; that is the threat of terrorism from the PKK".
