Third Round Of Full-fledged Talks In Cyprus Begins

LEFKOSA - President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias have met for the third time in the buffer zone in Cyprus under the full-fledged talks that began on September 11th to find a lasting solution to the Cyprus issue.
UN Secretary-General`s special envoy for Cyprus Alexander Downer and UN Secretary-General`s special representative in Cyprus Taye-Brook Zerihoun are also in attendance at the meeting.
Today`s talks entitled "Administration and Share of Power" are expected to focus on the ways of shaping the federal execution organ.
