ANKARA - Turkish Interior Minister Besir Atalay said on Wednesday that five people were killed in an attack on a shuttle bus in southeastern province of Diyarbakir.
Speaking to reporters, Atalay said one of the dead was the driver of the shuttle bus.
"As far as I was informed, terrorists opened cross fire on the bus as it was passing by. There are firebombs but most of them did not explode," Atalay said.
Atalay said they were working on the details of the attack.
The police shuttle bus was carrying personnel working at the Ali Gaffar Okkan Police Career Academy.
