Turkish Higher Education Board Head In Washington

WASHINGTON D.C. - Chairman of Turkey's Higher Education Board (YOK) Prof. Yusuf Ziya Ozcan and an accompanying delegation met on Monday with U.S. officials and scholars in Washington D.C.
Ozcan met the U.S. State Department officials and the scholars from the University of Maryland as part of their talks to improve relations in higher education between Turkey and the U.S.
The Turkish delegation is also scheduled to meet representatives of a number of universities in Philadelphia and New York.
