WASHINGTON D.C. - Deputy spokesman for the U.S. Department of State said on Monday that PKK was a terrorist organization and USA desired to see it go out of business.
During a daily press briefing, deputy spokesman Robert Wood replied to a question on PKK's recent attack on Aktutun border military outpost in Turkey's southeastern province of Hakkari.
"PKK is a terrorist organization. We want to see it go out of business. That has been very clear. And, you know, we have obviously condemned the attack and expressed our condolences to the people of Turkey," Wood said.
