Turkish jets hit terrorist PKK targets in N Iraq

ANKARA - Turkish military said that its warplanes hit targets of the terrorist organization PKK early on Monday morning in northern Iraq.
The terrorist group was hit in the Avashin-Basyan area, and two other terrorist targets were shelled late Sunday in what the Turkish General Staff said was "a continuing pursuit of the terrorists" who killed 15 Turkish troops in an attack last Friday on a military outpost on the border with Iraq.
