BRUSSELS - Turkish Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator for EU talks, Ali Babacan, met with the EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana and upcoming EU president Czech Republic's Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg in Brussels on Monday.
Babacan would also meet the EU president France's Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner and member of the European Commission responsible for Information Society and Media, Viviane Reding on Monday.
Ali Babacan would represent Turkey at today's Turkey-EU Troika Ministers meeting in Brussels.
Turkey-EU Troika Foreign Ministers' meetings take place once every six months since the Helsinki Summit in 1999 at which Turkey's candidacy status was affirmed.
