Turkey's Budget Surplus 4.61 Bln Ytl In First 8 Months

ANKARA - Turkish budget had a surplus of 4.61 billion YTL (3.73 billion USD) in the first eight months of this year, the finance ministry said on Wednesday.
Budget expenditures reached 142.26 billion YTL (115.19 billion USD) in the January-August period, the ministry said.
Budget revenues hit 146.87 billion YTL (118.9 billion USD) in the same period.
Turkey`s primary surplus also reached 40.9 billion YTL (33.11 billion USD), it added.
