ISTANBUL - Turkey's Tekfen Holding has agreed with Socar, Azerbaijani state oil company, to sell 50 percent shares of its construction firm Tekfen Insaat for 520 million USD, the holding said in a statement on Monday.
Tekfen Holding said it was talking to Azerbaijani oil company over the past few months for a possible sale.
Tekfen added that parties were working on a final contract for the acquisition.
