HAKKARI - Three Turkish soldiers, including a first lieutenant, and three village guards were killed in a clash between Turkish security forces and the terrorist organization PKK, governor's office in the southeastern province of Hakkari said on Sunday.
Two soldiers were also slightly injured in the clash, it said.
Security operations are under way in the region.
