Turkish Cypriot President Talat In Ankara

ANKARA - President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has arrived in Ankara.
President Talat is set to meet President Abdullah Gul. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will also be in attendance at the meeting.
Following the meeting, Gul and Talat will hold a joint news conference. Later, Gul will host a luncheon in honor of his guest.
President Talat will also hold talks with Foreign Minister Ali Babacan.
He will attend the ceremony in which Chief of General Staff Gen. Yasar Buyukanit will hand over his post to Gen. Ilker Basbug.
All aspects of Turkey-TRNC relations will be high on agenda of Talat`s talks in Ankara.
