Turkish Security Forces Kill Nine Terrorists

MUTKI/MARDIN - Turkish security forces killed nine terrorists in the eastern province of Bitlis and southeastern province of Mardin on Tuesday, authorities said.
A clash occurred between terrorists and security forces in Mardin`s Derik town and two members of the terrorist organization PKK were killed in the clash, governor`s office said.
In a separate clash in Bitlis` Mutki town, security forces killed seven terrorists. Three village guards died in the clash, while another was wounded.
Operations continue in the regions against the terrorist organization PKK.
