Second Round Of Collective Bargaining Talks Completed

ANKARA - The second round of collective bargaining talks between the Turkish government and civil servants' labor unions were completed in capital Ankara on Thursday.
The second round of talks, presided by Turkish State Minister Murat Basesgioglu, lasted approximately 8 hours.
The parties will meet again on August 25th, officials said.
