ANKARA - Foreign exchange reserves of Turkish Central Bank increased to 75.3 million USD on August 15th, the bank said on Thursday.
The reserves were 74.7 million USD on August 8th.
In its weekly bulletin, the Central Bank said its total gross reserves (foreign currency plus gold) rose to 78.8 million USD on August 15th. They were around 78.1 million USD on August 8th.
Turkey has paid back 731.1 million USD of foreign debt from August 1st to 20th, and 10.9 billion USD till the beginning of 2008.
