President Gul Offers His Condolences To Spanish People

ANKARA - Turkish President Abdullah Gul has sent a message to King Juan Carlos I of Spain and offered his condolences following the plane crash in Madrid.
In his message, President Gul expressed profound sorrow over loss of many lives in the crash, and extended his condolences to those who lost their beloved ones.
More than 140 people were killed after a Spanish airliner bound for the Canary Islands crashed while trying to take off from Madrid. 28 people survived the crash with injuries. It was Spain's most deadly air disaster in more than 20 years.
