HAKKARI - Two civilians have been injured when members of the PKK terrorist organization opened fire on four vehicles in Yuksekova town of the southeastern Turkish province of Hakkari.
The Governor's Office in Hakkari said on Wednesday, "the terrorist organization attacked civilians after suffering heavy loss in the Turkish Armed Forces' operations."
"Terrorists opened fire on four vehicle which were on their way from the village of Daglica to the neighboring village of Kamisli on Tuesday night. Two people were injured in the attack. Security forces immediately intervened in terrorists and saved the other people," the governor's office said.
