Turkish President Gul Meets His Iraninan Counterpart Ahmedinejad

ISTANBUL - Turkish President Abdullah Gul met his Iranian counterpart Mahmud Ahmadinejad who arrived Thursday in Istanbul on a working visit.
The two leaders had a tete-a-tete meeting at the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul and discussed regional and global issues high on agenda.
Later the Turkish and Iranian delegations headed by the two leaders held a meeting.
Gul and Ahmedinejad are expected to hold a joint press conference.
