ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Monday to discuss conflict in the Caucasus.
Erdogan and UN Secretary General discussed joint efforts to end the conflict in the Caucasus, restoration of peace and stability, and cooperation opportunities.
Separately, Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili called Turkish PM on the phone and gave information about humanitarian assistance need of Georgia.
