Nine Soldiers Killed, Two Wounded In Land Mine Explosion In Erzincan

ERZINCAN/HATAY - Nine soldiers were killed and two others were injured in a land mine explosion in the eastern province of Erzincan on Monday.
Erzincan Governor Ali Gungor told AA that a land mine exploded while a military vehicle was passing by near Kemah town of Erzincan, killing nine soldiers and injuring two others.
Wounded soldiers were hospitalized in Erzincan.
Officials also said that security forces killed a terrorist, who was trying to enter Special Forces building in the southern province of Hatay.
