Turkey Saddened By Disruption Of Democracy In Mauritania

ANKARA - Turkey was saddened by disruption of democracy due to the coup in Mauritania, a statement said on Thursday.
Releasing a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Turkey felt sad over disruption of democracy due to military takeover in Mauritania on August 6th, 2008.
Turkey hoped that a democratic constitutional order would be secured in the country as soon as possible, the statement said.
