Turkey's Northwestern Province To Host International Festival

CANAKKALE - The northwestern Canakkale province of Turkey will host an international festival between August 9th and 16th.
Within the framework of the "45th International Troia Festival", a contemporary art biennial and several workshops will be held, officials said on Tuesday.
Holding a press conference on the festival, director of the biennial Denizhan Ozer said that the workshops would be about ceramic works, painting and printing.
Ozer also said that a total of 56 artists from 15 countries including Brazil, Germany, Japan and France would participate in the biennial.
"While paintings, sculptures, installations and photographs will be exhibited during the event, artists will also display dance performances," Ozer added.
