E.U. Presidency On Constitutional Court's Ruling About Ak Party

ANKARA - France, which is holding the rotating presidency of the EU, said on Thursday that it favorably noted the ruling of the Constitutional Court about the governing Justice & Development (AK) Party.
In a written statement, France said that the EU invited all political actors to resolve their divergences in a spirit of dialogue and compromise by respecting the rule of law and fundamental freedoms.
Taking into consideration democratic functioning of the institutions, the EU will continue paying attention to the situation in Turkey, the statement said.
