TIRANA - Albania decorated a Turkish military attache with a medal on Wednesday.
Albanian Minister of Defense Gazmend Oketa honored Colonel Hasmet Akyuz, the military attache of Turkey to Albania, with a medal of merit for his contributions to military cooperation between the two countries.
During the ceremony, Oketa expressed his country`s gratitude for Turkish Armed Forces.
Oketa said that Turkey and the Turkish Armed Forces were always supporting Albania`s NATO membership and defined bilateral relations as perfect.
