ISTANBUL - Turkish Foreign Minister & Chief Negotiator for the EU talks Ali Babacan returned to Istanbul from the United States on Sunday.
Babacan was in New York to promote Turkey`s candidacy for non-permanent seat at the United Nations Security Council.
Babacan will leave for Ankara later in the day.
