"Ice Cream With Tea" Becomes New Favorite Of Ice Cream Lovers

RIZE - Ice cream with green and black tea became the new favorite of ice cream lovers in northern Rize province, which is a major tea production center.
A Turkish tea producing company, CAYKUR, working in cooperation with with a pastry shop, started to produce the ice cream two years ago.
CAYKUR Director General Ekrem Yuce told A.A correspondent that, "tea is rich of vitamin and mineral. The ice cream lovers can enjoy the taste of both the tea and the ice cream."
Owner of the pastry shop Muhammet Bostan said they have added icecream with green and black tea flavor among many varieties they had produced so far. Bostan said the resulting product was very tasty and preferred by people, adding that they would continue to produce icecream with tea.
