ANKARA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan separately met with Dutch Ambassador to Turkey Marcel Kurpershoek, Afghan Ambassador to Turkey Masood Khalili and Greek Ambassador to Turkey Fotis Ksidas.
